No bank transferring charges

Today finally there is a good news. Five biggest banks in my country finally claim that they will not charge the customers any fees if they transfer money through the cellphones. Usually I just transfer money by my computer or through Alipay (like Paypal) since there is no charges, too. Now at least there is one more option to transfer money for free.

I don't think my bank charges for that. I also have Paypal which doesn't charge me for most things.

If I have to withdraw money from paypal to my bank account, it will charge me 15 dollars and it's so expensive.

@youless ...That is expensive. Probably because you are out of the US.
