Happy Flower Festival Everyone! We have been celebrating the festivity of flowers for a month now on my hometown which will end until the first week of march. But today is my favorite because it will feature a Float parade wherein cars and other land mode transportation's are fully decorated with colorful and different kinds of flowers which has its own theme and design. The city vibrates a colorful energy with millions of tourists locally and abroad. My favorite flower is the sunflower because it always reminds me of the sun and a new beginning.
What about you do you have a favorite flower? What does it symbolizes for you? =)

Those are some beautiful flowers. The only thing we have that is somewhat similar is the Tournament of Roses Parade that is held in Pasadean. Calif every year.

I have never been to Baguio to go witness Panagbenga or Happy Flower Festival. It must be a lot of fun too like Sinulog.

Yeah, the tourist count for today's Panagbenga was estimated to reach 2 million. isn't it wow? haha Baguio is so small yet it could accommodate this number of visitors.

Wow beautiful flowers and I bet the parade was a lot of fun too! It probably took many people and long hours to complete such nice float.

the parade usually starts around 8 in the morning and ends two hours after, yes your right. I heard that some of the float makers even spend 50,000 pesos for it.;)
