Summer is here and so are these flowers that wait for summer to emerge. We have a cluster of these plants and soon they will be loaded with flowers. They have never let us down so far. They are hardy flowers and remain on the plant for months. What's new in your garden

They are beautiful. We're still in winter for a few more days. I don't have a garden and even if I did it would be covered with the new snow that is falling at the moment.

Despite being here for so many years I have yet to realise that you guys have to wait for the snow to melt.

oh my! they're jest beautiful 'n i see why ya anxiously await'em to come forth 'n splash that rich color 'cross yer garden. the grape hyacinths're finally startin' to come up here...kinda odd that the daffodil's beat 'em to the punch. must be our screwy weather, lol.

You can say that again. Funny things are happening here too. Can you post a photo of your grape hyacinth?

Is your picture showing the birds of Paradise, beautiful picture. Nothing is new in the gardens here as we still have snow on the ground and it is to cold for any flowers.

I know. You have to wait for the snow to melt. What are your plans when the ground is ready?

Those are amazing already, so it will be very exciting to see how they turn out when they have all opened.

Beautiful flowers, nothing really new in my garden right now, only crocuses, daffodils and violets.

But all that must have given you excitement when you saw them blooming for the first time. Every year it happens but there is that element of happiness when we see them blooming.

That aloe vera plant must be pretty old. I too have aloe vera plants but I have not seen any flowers on them.
