Coffee Breaks Are A Must!

Torrington, Connecticut
March 1, 2016 12:47pm CST
After a long tuesday of tons of paperwork and lots of myLot activity, im taking a 10 minute coffee break to wake up and catch up with my notifications. For some reaosn coffee hits me better in the afternoon then in the morning. Its probably beacause I sleep well every night and usually begin to crash after lunch so coffee in the noon is a must for me in order to make it till 5 pm without getting tired or grumpy. Do you drink coffee in the afternoon?

I do not drink anything with caffeine in it. I just get up and walk around to feel awake again.

I prefer a juice or a herbal tea as coffee does not agree with me. Enjoy!

@1hopefulman - there is an herb product, that is very like coffee, and you may already know about it - it looks like coffee and has a pleasant taste. I have used it for many years. I like it with a little cinnamon, as I think it makes the taste even better. I sometimes mix it with a little real coffee to get the coffee taste.
Bambu coffee substitute is made from chicory, figs, wheat, malted barley, acorns. Bambu delivers a velvety smooth flavour in an easy to use instant form. Caffeine free.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX I wish I could drink coffee but at this time I can only smell the coffee and be satisfied with that but in the paradise it will be different.

I usually have a cup of coffee with my bread in the morning and sometimes (only) in the afternoon. Our weather here is too hot and sometimes we tend to like to have something cold for our snacks.

I don't drink coffee in the afternoon as it will keep me up at night. I do enjoy a cup or three throughout the morning.
