One of our close friend rented the house for three days. The agreement had done and things are fine. Not until, one of the tenant claiming that he lost his possession. It was been clarified that they should take good care of their belongings while renting the house. Prior to the said date that they are living the house. The tenant claimed that he lost his videocamera on the first day living in the house. It is very skeptical alibis and it seems they were accusing us, the landlords entered the house without knowing by them. We are so puzzled that why they didn't said anything and waited for three days.
With this kind of accusation, we talked to them about it and accepted the fact that they are not sure. We emphasized along the discussion that landlords cannot enter the rented the house. We cannot put ourselves into such bad act since it is our business. Besides, my siblings and I are professionals and it is not a good thing to be blamed of something that there is no concrete proof.
Then the family friend promised that she will pay the rental fee for three days and left the premises. We didn’t asked for a downpayment for the rental fee since it is our family friend. At this day, we are still waiting for her to pay the due. If there is no show, we will file a case against her. The rest of her two friends will fall in defamation case.

Those are not really your friends, if they try to fool you.

Its a pity then people you treated as a friend breaks the trust and accuse you of those things. Such a waste of time and friendship.

@dazzledlady I do agree. If trust had been broken, no need to continue the friendship.

There are sometimes problems when having business dealings with friends. Some people take advantage of the friendship.
