Yellow butter cake with chocolate icing

Love it! The cake has to be moist, of course, and only creamy milk chocolate icing qualifies. I have been known, under duress and after a taste test, to eat my favorite cake with fudge or dark chocolate icing slathered on the golden deliciousness. After all, life is not always fair. "You can't always get what you want", like the Rolling Stones song reminds us. Strawberry shortcake is number 2 on my list. I also have sampled some good chocolate on chocolate cakes. But red velvet is something I cannot tolerate. Sorry, red velvet fans, this is one I pass on every time.
