I lost my 8 year old Dalmatian, my little baby girl. / myLot

Who would have ever thought I would be taking my last picture with this angel I lost my little sweetheart this morning while I was at work. She had a major heart attack. Rushed home but it was too late. I cannot believe she is no more. I know she was loved by a whole lot of my friends. Please pray for my little baby. I am so lost for words right now. RIP my lil Kyanna. I will always love you. She was such a little doll.

Sorry for that loss. I am sure you can find a new one and give that new one the same experience that you gave the last pet. It feels bad to loose pets.

I am not sure if i am ready to replace my pet. It is really hard without her and everything seems incomplete. but then again we all know they leave us in a few years. not sure if i can take this pain again with another pet.

@cxndie I don't think trying to replace her this soon is a good idea. You need to be in the right frame of mind to choose a new pet, love train and interact with it. Also you do not want your new pet to become a reminder of this sad time.

@cxndie Not immediately. Slowly taking interest into pet of other people. you see life has to go on. and sadness is not good. as many pets around need our attention, care and love. I am sure your previous pet would love to see you back caring about others. That's what animals tells us to do isn;t it?

Poor dog, I always tell people to "enjoy good things while they last" sorry for the lose but I'm sure you will get over it, I hope you can get just as good a replacement.

Oh that's sad. I know how painful it is as when I lost my pet I was upset for long time and still haven't kept any pet after her loss .
