I have a nature of helping others as whenever I see someone in trouble I want to give my hand to that person so as he/she comes out of trouble but sometimes I get thoughts that who helps me when I am in trouble.
I know I shouldn't think like this as this is wired
but I never overcome such thoughts. What about you do you think like this?

I think it's normal for people to want to be helped in return for helping others—if not necessarily by those who you've helped, then by others who are in positions to help you. As long as it doesn't make you angry, demanding, or resentful, I don't think there's a reason to feel guilty. Other people are not under any obligations to you. Sometimes they have obligations you're not aware of and really can't help you. And sometimes (let's face it) they're just jerks.
