Mac or PC
Which sort of operating system do you have, do you have a Mac or do you have a PC?
I’ve never had a Mac always had a PC. I’ve built a number of computers of the year but now only have my laptop which is a PC. I can’t afford a Mac laptop lol.
I know some people love their Mac computers while other love PC’s. Which do you have, Mac or PC?

I have a Macbook Pro ~ I love it. I used to be like I love my PC - I would never switch but I did when my boyfriend got the iMac. Now I can't go back to PC.

@kevin1877uk I bought mine when they had a $100 promotional gift card for iTunes, so did he.. but I saved up a little to buy it.
So far it's been 3 years working well ~ never had to do anything or maintain it!
I had problems with laptops overheating in the past.

@T_gray Lol good point there, I didn't think I would either. You are limited with programs what run on Mac machines.

I have always found the term "Mac or PC" to be quite an amusing one. PC simply stands for Personal Computer, which to be fair a Mac qualifies as, despite it often being considered as different.
Personally I have not used Mac and usually have either Windows or Linux.

@kevin1877uk A Mac is a very reliable system, which is why so many Mac users rave over them so highly. The biggest downside to a Mac is that programs are rarely as up to date as those for Windows.

I personally like PC's, never had a Mac, can't afford one. I don't know if there is any really differences in them performance wise.

I have PC, MACs are too expensive. Plus, I have a lot of PC-only programs, and it would be too much trouble to try to find MAC replacements, plus learn the new software. I have to admit, it was tempting to get a MAC,after all the trouble I've had with my PC laptop, but I ended up just getting a replacement PC laptop for backup.

I started on Windows (the 3.1 days) and kept going until they took a great system (XP), replaced it with an inferior system (7) and replaced that with a hunk of junk (8). After all the negative reviews I read from beta testers about 10 (not to mention all the issues people have had once it forces itself onto their computers), I bought a Mac. I'm 100% Apple now (iPad, iPhone, iPod). The only regret is that I waited so long. Worth every penny: with the "high price" comes free tech support and free software (you have to pay for word processor, spreadsheet, etc. products with Microsoft...and now with the "Office 365" you don't even own it you lease it!
). I have to work on Windows at work, but I'll never go back at home!
