Way back when I was a kid (and you might remember this,) we did an annual President's Fitness Challenge. If you passed, you got a patch. Well, the President's Challenge is alive and well, and now it's on the Internet. Sign up, log your stats (this website rewards the minutes you are active,) and earn virtual bronze, silver, and bronze medals (you can also buy them) that you earn by building up points. I'm working on my silver at the moment. It's a fun way to enhance your workouts.
The President's Challenge assists, informs, and inspires people on their journey to be active, eat well, and get fit.

That sounds a great idea. I'm more a 'sit on the sidelines' type. Hope you get your silver.

If I don't get it this summer, I'll be very close. Thanks for the encouragement.

It's a fun way to motivate yourself, and really doesn't take up too much of your time.
