This is my teacup. Where is yours?

I am a tea drinker. That early morning cuppa sets my day.
This has been my teacup since a few months the older ones are now out of commission . I find this cup to be smaller than what I would normally go for but I did not realise it when I had ordered for them. I might change and go for a bigger size.
Do you stick to the same teacup or coffee mug? Where is yours?

Are you a coffee addict? I remember when I was holidaying in the US what they served in restaurants I just could not go through - portions were really huge.

@allknowing,For me what matters is tea.A steaming cup of tea, that great, divine brew.I don't care which cup tea is served to me.If I had no cup,I won't hesitate to sip my tea right from the kettle.LOL !!

Take care that you do not burn your throat while gulping straight from the kettle.

You can always do that when you get back home. This cup of mine holds a good amount of tea but by the look of it appears that it does not. I do not get the feel of having my quota (lol)

I have beautiful tea sets in silver at home and many teapots, cups, and saucers in beautiful patterns, all matching. One of my favorites is a cup that holds leaves and has a lid, which we bought in Shanghai's Chinatown. Here in Florida, we only have everyday dishes and matching mugs in white. I also have tea cups that sit in a dessert plate, all clear crystal and rimmed with silver. Here is a photo of my cup of Turkish coffee from Turkey.

That's a real tea cup with saucer and all. That used to be our style when we had maids. - complete with a teapot, sugar and milk jug. Now we just have one maid and too much work around and so try to use as little crockery and stuff. around.
Is that Bone China? We have a set that is packed up and in the cupboard. (lol)

I use the same coffee mug every day as it's my favorite. I'm not a tea drinker more of a coffee drinker.

I drink hot tea too. I have a particular mug I like to drink tea out of that I use daily.

I have a drawer full of coffee mugs. We might use 6 or 8 over the course of the day and mostly they go into the dish-washer until it is full of crockery and cutlery then they get washed. Despite the different shapes most hold about the same amount as each other.

I have about six of these and many others but I always stick to this. Some are out of commission but some are useful when we have guests. You are right about their capacity. This cup or mug as it looks like a mug holds the same amount as the other teacups we have although it look a bit smaller.

Right time to comment to your post, since I am sitting with my coffee mug at my office and mylotting.
I quit tea, and replaced it with warm water twice a day and at times I prefer to have coffee when I really need energy for my stuff and mood.
I used to have tea twice a day , then I have switched to black ginger tea.
