what is the benefit of lot of followers in mylot?

Earnings aren't directly increased but many followers can mean your discussions have more ways to reach more users. Instead of just showing up on a couple of lists such as "most recent discussions" your discussions will also show up in the follows list of those you are following. Earnings increase when other peoples interaction with your posts increase.

Also, it isn't just your started discussions that will show up, your follows can look at all of your activity.

I have 39 followers but my post get only less than 5 responses.why?

@AnanthuVs even if you have 1000 followers it doesn't guarantee responses. People only respond to what they're interested in. Don't make the mistake of assuming followers equate to responses as you'll be disappointed.

Earnings don't increase because you follow someone, but they can increase indirectly because of the relationships you forge. The other advantage is that the people who follow you can look up your activity.
