Generalized headache (part 2)

my 1st day at the hospital

I could hear the nurses rushing in to meet an emergency case, and hear them say, “She is Ma’am Ingrid, CI of M _ _P.” One nurse even said, “I was one of her students at medical ward”. Although my eyes were close, because of the scintillating flashes of light the my right eye sees, I could still follow instructions, like the resident physician telling me to raise my arms up on pronation (palms down) and supination (palms up), and put out my tongue and wiggle it. I had non-projectile vomiting to previously ingested dinner, and according to my son, they were still undigested. Even when the nurses placed the IV fluid, I submitted myself, and all other procedures like blood extraction, x-ray, ECG, Ct scan, and electroencephalogram, all in that same night. The headache slowly waned with the administration of an osmotic diuretic called Mannitol 75 cc which is given by intravenous push every 8 hours. To be continued.

I actually had a mild stroke, my friend, as confirmed by my 2 doctors. I am fine now, and my appetite is regaining. I got thin with 45 kgs, but now, 2 days after I left the hospital, I already gained 2 kgs, so I am 47 kgs.

@cacay1 I have a normally low BP, and I am not a doctor to diagnose myself. I know also that the manifestations of hypertension and low BP are somewhat the same. i slept late that time and I ate much for dinner.

@cacay1 no, not the heavy meal my dear because i rested a couple of hours after our dinner. It was due to me playing the soda on mobile phone with no light but just from the phone itself. yes, head ache is the same when we have HPN or low BP, but it is not always in late evenings. it comes anytime of the day.

@SIMPLYD heheh! Not my private nurse my lady, but my personal 'alalay'. even though he is fast asleep, once I turn to sides on bed, he immediately gets up and checks on me

heat stroke, my friend? surely you do not compare what a human being feels with that of a canine?! I think you should bring your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic and tell the doctor about what your pet does.

@Letranknight2015 why not search on the net and check the manifestations presented by your dog to what is posted in a veterinarian wall, my friend? My sister, when I texted her about my condition with some medical terms, searched on net what an "infarct", "thrombus" and "embolus" meant; of course I don't have the thrombus and embolus.

@LadyDuck thank you. My speech pattern is not altered, and my legs still feel weak probably because I was always on bed rest while at the hospital. It was transient a, thank God.
