I might buy a hoverboard.

When I was a teenager I sidewalk surfed on a 4 wheeled skate board. It was the thing to do back in the day, that, or ride a sting ray bike with a sissy bar in back and the fancy handlebars. The narrow front tire and wide rear tire. But lately I am envious of people who can afford those hover boards. They are so neat. But at my age I would kinda look stupid on one. Well, maybe I could take on in a parking lot and go around. Hm. Maybe I could do the Walmart Shuffle and do a YouTube of myself going in circles on a fancy hover board, no, just kidding. No Walmart Shuffles for me. lol.

@jstory07 You are right, I have read that they are recalling them for the battery problem. Even Amazon has recalled them.

The batteries are causing them to catch on fire. Right now they are very dangerous.

From what I've heard, those hoverboards are liable to turn into launching boards if one is not careful.

I saw a news report about them being a serious fire hazard. I think they've fixed them now, but a lot of homes were torched because of them. I'd be careful. Also, they look painful. I see people falling rather than riding.

I would just park it out in the back surrounded by blocks of concrete. LOL.

@lookatdesktop Sounds like a plan! Or if you have a fireplace, just keep it in there when not in use. If it does go, then at least it's where it needs to be!
