Ebay sales

For a very long time, I didn't have much good luck selling on ebay. And maybe that was because people didn't know me and I didn't have much history there. But things have changed. I have a solid history selling there now and my rating is excellent. I've been very fair with my pricing and sometimes I offer free shipping so everyone is happy. It's been a matter of having to get things sold and out of here. The real fun happened with one rubber stamp from my collection. Apparently, it's become a real collector's item and there was a real bidding frenzy at the end. I managed to sell just one stamp for $50! That made my day! So now I don't mind the others selling for $3 or $4 each. It all adds up and gives me a little bit of spending money for after I've moved, if I need rugs for the new place. Selling on ebay sure can be fun! Have you tried it? How have you fared?

I bought and sold for a while but haven't done much lately. I need to get back into it.

@CRK109 I know there are people here who sell knitting and crochet. I have some old cassette tapes to sell so they'll be my next project.

it's a lot of fun to clear out a home or apartment. once I've moved, I'm going to see if I can sell any jewelry. I know it's fun to create and if I can make a dollar or two, all the better! :)

Never tried selling on Ebay, would find it too much of a hassle.

it's definitely not for everyone, that's for sure. But once I got into it and got all of my supplies organized, it's really a lot of fun now.

I bought on ebay for years before I began selling anything. It's good to have your name out there with a good reputation. Keeps people interested! :)

Some money is always better than no money and it all adds up in the end.

I'm going to be trying my hand at etsy after I move. I sat in on a webinar for selling on etsy and it all make common sense to me. Ebay is a lot oeasier since I'm just getting rid of stuff I don't need. Etsy means I need to sit down and begin creating again. :)
