Should stores be resonble for their shopping carts hitting cars?
As you know when you go shopping I think most of today stores on their door say they are not ressonble for their shopping carts hitting other cars or truck. The stores say since the customer and weather are hard to control it hard for them to control their shopping carts. On the other hand there are now some stores that require a quarter deposit to use their shopping cart and when customer get done with it . customer bring shopping cart back to stall and get their quarter back . This save the store money in two things no shopping cart people are needed , Two rally no worry in a shopping cart hitting a car or truck.

We have one store around here that you have to pay that quarter for the cart, I think it's a great idea.

I think it's the customers fault because they often don't put the trolley back where it should go...due to laziness I think.

I think that custormers are responsible for their own cars, as they should put them in the rack when they are done unloading them. I have seen that some will ust leave them, and the don't pay attention to whether the cart hits a car or not. I always make sure than mine doesn't hit any car, as I always have control of it, and whe I am through with it, I will put it in the rack in the parking lot.

People are responsible for properly taking care of empty shopping carts.
