Dark And Nasty Out There This Morning / myLot

I woke up to a nasty and dark morning around here. Now that we have moved the clocks ahead, it makes a huge difference in the morning. On top of that, the weather is extremely nasty this morning, like raining and windy. I feel bad for the people who have to go to work this morning in that nasty weather. The weather man said that it will be bad for a few more days. So I guess I will stay in until it gets better. It is nice to be retired!

We are expecting rain/storms to start at any time, but tomorrow it will be 82 and sunny,

@marlina The record is 83 two years ago - but then on Friday it will be back in the mid 60's where it should be.

We had rain and wind monday as well and it was dark. This whole week been raining off and on and now snow on Friday.

I agree- it's a big plus not to HAVE to go out in bad weather- When I worked I was nervous about snowy weather all Winter as I became afraid to drive in it. The rain is not as bad for me but it can get tricky too!

Wow what time did you get up that it was still that dark? It is only going to be about 40 here today. It is chilly and rainy right now. I have to take a shower and go to town at some point but I don't really want to. I hate going out when the weather isn't nice. I might as well go to the library and grab another movie as well while I am out. This is my one relaxing day this week. I will be pretty busy the rest of the week.

The time said 7:00 A.M. on my clock but with the changing of the hour it was like being 6:00 in the morning.

I looked out and noticed the same thing today, dark and lightly raining, or it had rained, the patio is wet looking. I hope that the day turns around for us now that its getting light out.

We have no rain in our place right now for we are in the state of el niño phenomenon and it's also the stadt of summer season. It's very hot in here.

I immediately noticed the time change. Just when I seeing the first rays of light, it's back to darkness and cooler temperature.

I bet it is! I am not too fazed by the darkness only because its dark anyway when I leave for work. I do like it being lighter later though as it makes me feel more energized!

It really does make a difference with the time change. Now it's around 7 or 7:30 am before the sun comes up. But, I do like that the sun is up longer during the day.
