How to Clean or Whiten an Old Canvas Shoes

Do you have any tips on how to whiten an old canvas shoes. I have already washed it and used detergent soaps but the tip of the shoes became brownish instead of white. It's like a stain though it isn't really. I also tried some of the tips in the net but still no luck. I haven't tried the bleach stick or something because I don't think it is available in the market here.

Buy a white colored Venus dye, It is known as Jobus in the Phillippines, if my memory serves me right. Venus dye have different colors for fabrics and white is one of the available colors.

I didn't know ther was a white color available. We have been selling dyes for a long time in our store. I guess I have to give it a try.

@LdeL0318 Oh you already have a Venus dye, I hope you have the white color available so you wont be looking at stores.
