if someone you knows has her infant in a car seat that is to small would you tell her?

Yes I would be sure to point this out to her. She may not be able to get a new one and that is why she is using this one. She needs to be aware that if it is too small it is not protecting the child.

Yes I would tell her. It might save the babies life. If she could not afford to get another one. I would get it for her. babies have got to stay safe.
