"This Carnival Is Actually A Presidential Contest.

Canada

The title of my discussion is a quote from the link below. I am posting a link today from our local newspaper. It is in almost every Canadian Newspaper and on line today. It is long (in myLot speak) but its so interesting. I read it while having my first cuppa this morning. I posted it to Facebook too because most of my friends are from the US and the majority of them are afraid of Trump. Canadians are an amazing breed. I think its because they want their country to “Succeed”. Because they believe in law and order and they are smart. I think because they are a new country (recently cut the strings to England in 1982), they want to remain a peaceful country with peaceful neighbors. As I started to read the paper I got to this sentence: “this one that has "elevated" the campaign to breathless heights of pure spectacle”. I knew I wasn't going to speed read this one. I read every word and love the Canadian Sense of Self and their intelligence. I am ashamed of the US for going as low as they have gone... If you read it, I look forward to your comments.

Create a media dream of your own carpet bomb the airwaves with his name. In the recent past if you mentioned the name Trump to someone, face to face that is and say nothing more but watch their face you might have seen humor in it. That look might be changing for certainly the seriousness of being a president is at question?

Only time will tell what will happen in the elections. We can only hope common sense wins.

@PainsOnSlate Are elections all about money and watching I wonder. There are some issues that sometimes those running will debate on. Just not sure what they are?

I've been pretty quiet on who I'm going to vote for but no matter who the candidate is I don't pay attention to propaganda and that's all this is. By the way, the grand dragon of the KKK is supporting Hillary. Where's the article on that?

I haven't seen the KKK mentioned with anyone but The Donald.

I believe Donald Trump is neither a Hitler or a fascist. What he is doing is just his style to win!

I'm wondering if his style will win. I guess we will have to wait and see.

I read the article and found it very interesting. I couldn't agree more. Surely he won't get in. If he does the future for the US doesn't bear thinking about.

Its very scary for most people with brains. Some go on blindly liustening to his lies and disgusting ideas and thinks they are great. I hope he doesn't make it.

I read the article, it speaks volumes, hopefully someone from Trump's camp will read this and let him know how embarrassing he is behaving so he can act a little bit better.
