Friday was my best day why?payday

Good evening folks. I always like Friday as this was payday and the start of the weekend. Did not like Sunday as I know the next day back to work. Wednesday I like.Hump day. Yes,Friday was my day and time to boogie there. This is when I was single.Saturday we go to the Polish hall and dance up a storm .I love polka.Then they had the most wonderful kilbalsa sandwich there. How about you folks.when you were single.How did you spend your pay day there.Have a good evening.Take care.

Friday was always a pay day for me for many years. It was exciting going to the bank at lunch time and piling up the money. Dancing all week end of course!

I would probably buy some shoes and shorts. In fact, Im thinking of buying a new exercise machine so that i could put in my room. But dancing in some place is something I never did before. well, before I use to buy toys for my nephew and nieces.

Mine is Thursday. It is our payday. But weekend after our payday I have to stay home . . coz my wallet is empty!

@amadeo yeah . . got to pay mortgage, electric, heating, cellphone, home phone, insurance, property tax . . . OMG, I can't take it anymore! I got to win the lotto!

We only got paid once a month and by that time were really quite hungry. We used to splurge on eating for the first two weeks then live like paupers for the next two weeks!

Paydays are always good days. Sometimes we got paid each fortnight and once we were only paid every month so by the time payday came around money was getting tight.

i used to love fridays when i was just starting my career cause they gave us newbies saturdays and sundays as our day offs but eventually they got to shuffle us. so whenever is the day before my restday is my favorite day of the week.

Gosh that was so long ago! Lol. Most of the time I went to the club since I loved to dance on Friday and Saturday evenings.
