Is bitcoinsurg.org a legit site? Because I have total earnings of 0.06680150 and im afraid maybe its a scam They said you can payout at 0.15 I think this is a scam

I haven't heard of it before. What is the site? And how can you use Bitcoin in India? In the Philippines we have no problem using Bitcoin. I earned 3.3 from bitLanders last year.
