Food is not good

We had a dinner at Mang Inasal, we ordered chicken with rice, oh my gosh no spoon available at the cuttleries station,they deliver it very late and the food gets cold and the rice was raw, how dissapointed we are, i think that they should have a good manpower. We are very dissapointed.

That sucks. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Rice not being fully cooked is unacceptable. Hopefully the food wasn't too expensive so you didn't have to waste your money.

Oh that sounds awful. Maybe you could call them and talk to a manager and get a refund or something? Either way that still stinks!

It happens my friend.Because the restaurant is became popular, The customer service is deteriorating. They cannot cater the needs of the consumers. I hope you did some actions by calling their attentions especially the management.
