Bought whole, more than one kilo and too much for me. What will i do? Cutting a chicken into different parts, something i learn from my brother. Knowing which part of this and that, is something i learn along the way. Here is what i do with the chicken and its parts. Legs--had that "reserved" in case of any uncalled visit from my siblings. Fried chicken legs. Thigh and other bony parts--for the famous "adobo" or be stewed with ginger locally known as "tinola". Or be marinated in pineapple juice and soy, which i can do too in the legs. Breast--boiled and shredded for sandwich or for noodles. Have you heard of the oyster part of a chicken? What or how you do with the chicken?

My favorite chicken recipe is chicken adobo. I eat too much rice when were having this dish. I have not heard of the oyster part of a chicken but i imagined it to be its gizzard

We eat quite a lot of chicken and might have stir fry or a casserole.
