I never used to drink much water and if you saw me taking some i must have been really thirsty. Taking alot of water more so warm while breastfeeding it really helps. I took up the challenge to take more water this year and it is working well for me. Skin smoothing is evident and am loving it. I started by taking 1.5l/ day. I know it might not be much for some. Nowadays i manage 3 or more. It is 10AM and 2 litres are down. It is such a healthy challenge

I bought new water bottles and I'm also drinking a lot more water than I was. They are 36 oz. Not sure what that computes to with liters, but I've been drinking about 2 a day which is about 8+glasses of water.

I usually drink probably a little over one liter of water half a day, most specially summer to avoid dehydration.

I've heard that it's possible to drink too much water, but I don't think I drink enough - I drink mostly tea.

tea is diuretic like coffee- which I love to drink... but would send me often to the men's room, so I need to drink more water.

Drinking a lot of water is great for our skin. A lot of people count water in soda or tea as part of their water intake, but plain water does best for us. As do fruits containing a lot of water such as watermelon, or cantaloupe.

Drink water is generally good for the health. I think I'll take up a two litter a day challenge my self. I hope my wife would do also, specially if she gets pregnant again.

@Missmwngi that is great. I think it's time for me to buy a new water bottle that I could bring with me where ever I go. Buying bottled water is not good for the environment. :D

Before a year I did'n drink almost any water, only tea and coffee. It's good if you want to have ripped body xD but water is very important. It depends on your body and organism how much water you should drink. But I think even 1 liter is enough for some people, like me. Anyway water have only good benefits and it's not calorie rich, so go for it ;D

I drink 4 bottles of water a day sometimes more depending on how thirsty i am. If i'm not thirsty then I don't drink anything. It is a good challenge and will help you to lose weight also

Drinking much water can reduce food intake, increase energy, flushes out toxins and improves the skin complexion and a lot more and what you did is good for your health, drink much water like what I did.
