I fell off the wagon!

At the start of February I was full of determination to write more, and thought I would aim to write a post on myLot every day. Well my good intentions didn’t come to fruition, and I haven’t managed to write anything now for over a month! Not really sure why as I have a long list of things I want to write about and my camera is full of photos to go with prospective posts. So here I am again to try once more, hope you haven’t all forgotten me. Do you have trouble finding enough time to devote to myLot? All rights reserved. © Text and image copyright Fleur 2016.

Since I burned my hand last Tuesday I have been pretty busy and I had not a lot of time to come here.

@Fleura I have an enormous blister that covers all the palm of my left hand, the doctor said not to break it to avoid infection. I do my best using only one hand.

Hello! Love the pic. Can't wait to see more of your pictures! I try to get on MyLot at least for a few minutes during the work week. I also am on more on my day off.

thanks for "to fall off the wagon" expression. Yes, sometimes during the weekdays it is hard to find time for writing and interacting here

The expression is usually used when someone has tried to stop drinking (or some other vice), but after a period of abstinence they have gone back to their bad habit.

I have missed you. I try to pop on and off when I can. Life gets in the way, but who wants to be stuck in front of the computer all the time. I usually multitask when I'm here.

Oh thank you! Yes you're right it's a balance between enjoying the interaction and being a slave to the computer.

Lovely photograph. One can't be a slave to the internet. Real life should always take precedence.

That's true, it wouldn't be right to ignore my own family while I write for strangers!

@Fleura People are getting into the bad habit of being totally sucked in by the online world. It's addictive and sometimes I have to take step back from it.

I think we all have that happen to us. I am always full of good intentions, but life interferes sometimes. Love the picture.
