Every places has its own famous food that is unique in their own ways. We often associate food to places we've been. Here in my place we have the ever famous noodle soup known as Lomi. Lomi is a noodle soup made from thick egg noodles. It is usually topped with kikiam ( looks like a sausage originated from the Chinese), meat, liver, hard boiled egg, and sometimes vegetables. It is paired up with a soy sause with calamansi and chili. Most people who visit the province make it a point to eat Lomi. A visit here won't be complete without eating this.
