Housework Calypso Style

There I was engaged in my least favorite activity which is doing housework. On the radio I heard this song by Harry Belafonte “Jamaica Farewell”. Soon the Calypso mood had taken over and I found it much easier to do my chores. After the song I put more Harry Belafonte songs on YouTube and before I knew it I was dancing with my broom and my housework was done. I highly recommend whoever has to do housework to try it. Just makes the mood really light and you find yourself even singing along. Some of my other favorites by him are Banana Boat Song, Island in the Sun and Day O.
