And We're Finished (Kind of Sort of) / myLot

Mercifully, it's over. Actually, there are two more weeks, but the humiliation is over. Last night, our Fantasy Hockey league's regular season ended, with the playoffs starting tonight. My team, Team Tuaca, finished with a 7-17 record, good-enough for second to the last in the entire league. Sadly, my 61-47 victory accomplished absolutely nothing, other than forcing the guy I beat into tiebreaker mode with another guy to see who gets into the playoffs. I still have to play another two weeks, mind you. Each week, the highest league-wide score wins ten bucks, and myself and the other fodder are still eligible. Other than that, it's over. I will have the second pick in next season's draft, and, depending upon who is picked first, I will take either Alexander Ovechkin, Patrick Kane, or Sydney Crosby. In the meantime, Go Tuaca, Win Ten Bucks! (Don't laugh. As much of an abomination this season has been, I have actually won $20.00.)

In Fantasy Sports, you pick real players for your team, and you get points for what the players do. For instance, in our league, a goal is worth four points, two more points if it's a power play goal, and another two if its a game winner. Etc.

@Ronrybs - I don't know or think you get the American feed for the Tour de France, but they even do Fantasy Cycling. Haven't quite figured it out yet.
