I feel like an ostrich in the sand....

I have to admit I feel like an ostrich with his head in the sand. I don't want to hear anymore about ISIS and the horror that happened in Brussels.
I have a doctor's appointment coming up and I am stressing over that. Poor me, right? I hate them because I could have diabetes and I am not taking care of myself and, I don't seem to care.
Those poor people in Brussels and their families. Ugh! It makes me sick to think of this group of people that is so evil and devoid of a soul and a heart. What about the one who fled? Where is he? What's his plan? When does it stop? What is going to happen next? And where? It's only the beginning and it seems never ending. The never ending story.

I hope that you don't have diabetes but it is good to go anyway. I know how you feel though as I hate doctor's offices and appointments. I always tell them that if my blood pressure seems higher than normal it's because I am nervous, I don't like being at doctor's offices.

@celticeagle People like Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein were extreme examples. If Britain takes a terrorist i9nto custody and boasts about his actions in court he will be imprisoned, where he will be fed, clothed and provided for.

@Asylum ...He'll kill himself before that will happen. I think that is a good thing. But these new terrorists are just as illusive and untouchable as bin Laden and Hussein.

I didn't feel like Osama Bin Laden was met with much kindness. They said they would get him and they hunted him down and got him. How is that treating him nice when he got caught?

I get a strong feeling that without the help of 'insiders' none of this can happen.

@celticeagle With all the technology at everyone's disposal keeping a tab on their activities should not be difficult but as I said there is more to it than meets the eye. Here in India for example those who are booked for corruption get government support. as those running the government get a share of the loot.

@Jessicalynnt ...It sure is. And, when you already have severe depression added depressing subject matter is too much for me to handle.

We can't live with our head in the sand. What is going on is just awful, but we can't let them control our lives. We have to be alert. Going to the doctor, however, is the best thing you can do for yourself. Best of luck! I hope you good news.

I meant 'head in the sand' more in a hopeless basis. I feel so helpless. I'd like to go out, hunt them down and torture them. But, as a human I know better. I can't stoop to their level.

Now they are saying that there are two suspects at large. I surely hope the find them. But they are only two of a lot that are out there planning attacks. The only thing we can do is pray for the people who are suffering because of them and trust the Lord to direct the ones that are searching for them.
