~I Acted Like A 2 Year Old And I Know It~

Exhaustion is my excuse okay? I am ashamed to say I definitely had a toddler moment this morning. My husband was gone most of the day yesterday running different errands, I barely saw him at all. The van had his tools in it so we couldn't go with him as there was no room. So this morning before he went to work I wanted to just talk and spend a few minutes with him. He spent the morning on the phone with a friend before work instead and it kind of annoyed me. I didn't tell him I wanted his time-I expected him to read my mind of course and know that! You know us women think our husbands can do that! I hate getting into a fight before he leaves to go anywhere. I regret my childish ways and wish I could take it back. An apology is in order if he calls me today, if not I will apologize when he gets home. Stupid 2 year old I was this morning...

We all have our moments like that and I am sure he will understand and of course you think he can read your mind but he can't so you need to speak up, don't you?

Hey! Guess what? I reckon you are not the first person to ever do that. You're human so you are allowed to do stoopid sometimes. (I do it all the time)

@MsTickle I am sure I'm not the first one to act that way. Lol. And I am glad he forgave me for my moment of stupidity.

We all get like that sometimes when we feel neglected. I sometimes have a moan up at mine. It keeps him on his toes. Don't feel bad it is our hormones.

@suzzy3 Thank you for making me feel better about it. =) I am trying to get my emotions in check after having the baby my hormones are still a little crazy and lack of sleep is not helping anything either.

@LovingMyBabies Hormones make you feel bad enough without you beating yourself up. I expect your husband knows what the problem is . You are no different to every other woman who has recently given birth. Not enough sleep and busy days plus your other children to look after. Goodness me that is enough to drain anyone.

@suzzy3 Yeah I always have a lot going on and I am drained. He is pretty understanding and I am grateful for that! And I am going to be babysitting soon on top of having my children to take care of so I will be helping money wise too-so he better be understanding! Lol

We all have moments like that from time to time, we are imperfect humans. I'm sure he will accept your apology and all will be forgotten.

WE all fall into those moments when we are not quite ourselves. Sometimes I feel like jumping up and down in the middle of the room and scream and cry. LOL The one thing we can do is apologize for our behavior. Can't promise it won't happen again though. lol

@ElusiveButterfly Yes I think we do. I used to tell my children when they were younger that I wish throwing a fit would get me what I want! Lol. It doesn't though, sadly. Yeah I am definitely going to apologize, make him dinner and he's coming home to a clean house. =) That should make up for my lack of maturity this morning.

You are exhausted. I hope that you are more rested this evening, and I imagine he will understand.

@GardenGerty I am most definitely exhausted, and I am sure he will understand. =) Even being exhausted though, it was ridiculous. Lol. I am going to try to get my emotions in check.

I know I've mentioned this girlfriend quote before somewhere: (angrily) Horse, don't do what I said. Do what I meant! Sigh.
