Just found a new/old spammer. She joined in 2013, posted a couple of affiliate linked discussions. Then has been silent.
She put a post up that is a link for her own promotion just a little bit ago.
I guess since she was not reported in 2013 she would try again. No one ever responded to her, so I reported all three. One of her posts did get five likes.
I wonder how many of these we will be seeing and weeding out.

I have not seen many posts from spammers. Could be that MyLot admin is quick to delete those that are not following guidelines.

@GardenGerty I had never heard of Bubblews until I came back to MyLot. I do report those who are not following rules. Their practices are not fair to those who do follow the rules.

When everyone helps and points them out the admin have an easier job. In Ancient MyLot people complained about being asked to help and said it was not their business. I think especially with the recent Bubblews experience people are ready to help more.

Someone else reminded me that was the practice then and that is part of why I was not here.So the old posts get a by, but the one put up the day of this discussion is against the current rules, and was not anything there to discuss.

That time promotional links were allowed. With the rebooted myLot it is a violation. May be that user is not aware of the new rule.

I am sure admin will take care of it, possibly inform and give another chance. It does not look like it was too profitable otherwise the user would have been more active.

I always scam the discussions with no response. If I find a friend there I enjoy being the first to comment. If I see a spammer I report them and check our some of their old posts and if they are copied i report them too. i think if its the first time, Admin deletes but lets them stay on, I hope if you you can report more than one, they disappear, stolen content and the cheater.
