I do! I love the big ones. I have 1 salmon head in the fridge. I'll cook it later. I'll add spinach, chili leaves, tomatoes and calamansi. So yummy! My apologies. I need to delete the duplicate discussion. I don't know why it's posted twice. So sorry. I haven't tried eating fish head. But my cousin does especially if it is being fried.

@wittynet Oh I did not know you had a duplicate post - I saw you responded but I didn't see anything. And, you don't have to delete this comment?? It's just building onto your original post.

Hi, @infatuatedbby! I'll not delete yours. I was pertaining to my comments above but I'll no longer delete it because you replied. It looks odd if there's a reply to an invisible comment. Thank you for understanding, @infatuatedbby. Hey, I saved your comments before deleting: infatuatedbaby @infatuatedbby (12975) • United States 25m No I don't.. Actually here the fish head is usually much more expensive than the fish body. We have some dishes which are made of fish heads. It is very delicious. Usually we will use the fish from the river rather than ocean. I don't really know why. Perhaps some fish from the river have bigger head.

@wittynet Yes, I have been a member of Mylot for a long time already Compare to the river, I think it is much more fantastic to have the beach. It is nice there are many beautiful beaches in your country. Here the fish from the river really have a big head, I guess perhaps it can be up to 0.5kg?

@youless My memory still serves me right. I'm already 43 and I'm so worried one day I'll be as forgetful as my mother. That's indeed a huge fish. Wow!

Hi, @youless! Nice to hear from you again. I think when I joined myLot last 2011, you were already a member, weren't you? This is new to me. My parents used to buy fish heads because they are cheaper. I also noticed it now that I buy my own food. For instance, 1 kilogram of salmon head costs P300.00 + only while the rest including the tail costs P600.00 +. I wish we have a river near our home so that we can also catch fish from the river. I don't think fish from the river have bigger head though . Well, it depends on the fish. We have few kinds of fish from the river that are sold in the market and they are smaller compare to fish from the ocean.

No, I do not like fish heads, I use the heads to make a "court bouillon", it's the base to make a fish soup or to poach other kind of fish.
