My cooked foods for 1st time

To be honest i don't like cooking but these days i have no option and i need to cooked some new foods menu such as eggplant and fish curry, pumpkin and fish curry, chicken and today i cooked hotch potch and this menu is well known in India n Bangladesh as the name khichdi, i got recipe from youtube and cooked it

@VivaLaDani13 *whispers conspiratorially* I don't like khichdi. Much. It's boiled rice with some spices all mixed up together to look like a goo. Good for sick patient. But I will eat it occasionally. Not daily. No way!

It sure looks nice though it seems quite dry. I think I will make a cup soup just to go with the food.

Congratulations on successfully cooking your own food. I don't know how to cook without checking the recipe or watching youtube. I hardly cook anyway. The last time i was in the kitchen was many years ago. Luckily, we have a house help to do that job at home.

I had seen this kind of rice mixed with cube beefs, shredded onions and carrots. It tastes yummy. Actually, they call the menu as "osh" in Tajikistan.
