Do you get disappointed easily?

I must say there are times when I can take disappointments fairly well and other times I fall short! If you have a spate of negative events, just one more can be the last straw. Life is full of ups and downs, have to roll with the punches!

I try not to have high expectations. I've been disappointed enough times that I try not to expect much. If I get more than I expect than it's all good. Bonus.

If one reacts too much, people learn who to offload their frustrations on. Someone told me once, that we teach people how to treat us..it works!

Everyone gets disappointed. I really try not to put all my hope in people because they fail, just like me, at times.

I have encountered so many disappointments that disappointment became a part of daily life .. so I learned to just live with it ..
