They are slowly getting closer

Our Lab, Sophie and miniture Shih tzu, Angel Baby are slowly getting closer to each other. Sophie is still a puppy, and she just wants to play, but Angel Baby is 12 years old, and she just wants to sleep.
We have to keep an eye on them, because we worry that Sopjhie might hurt her , she doesn't realize the size difference, she just wants to play.
We love our fur baby's, they bring so much joy into our lives.
Do your fur baby's get along?

Yes Angel Baby just wants to sleep, if Sophie would just cuddle, I think Angel Baby would like that, cause she's a cuddlebug.
she's a lab and she just turned 1, but then she got sick twice in the same month..she is fine now though@lady1993 (27221)

Puppies like babies need time to learn @lilnana1111 but I can see how Angel Baby would cause you concern, she is so much smaller than Sophie.

'tis a tad diff'cult when ya got a youngest 'n also'n elder. particularly when a lab's involved, lol. it took the cat 'bout 3 years to tolerate the pup? 'course, she disliked e'erybody - human 'n critter fer years. dunno why she changed, somethin' that occurred o'ernight. we're sure glad she did though.

I understand that. I was much younger when I had my dog and my first cat but now I am not young and have a cat with so much energy.
