Beef Stew with Habanero Hot Sauce!

I loved todays delicious beef stew with white rice for lunch! I put a few drops of my favorite cuban habanero hot sauce and it made it even tastier. It had some potatoe and yam chunks in it with tender beef rib cuts in it. All I was missing was an avacado but the ones I found werent ready to be eaten.
I feel great after a good lunch, and im back at work in a great mood enjoying the rest of my afternoon.

I sometimes wish I could go home for lunch as they never have anything good in the cafeteria at work. Today I think I might stop at Mcdonalds before going to work to get lunch.

I hear ya, when I would work in the states I would bring my own lunch cause I would get tired of wendys and mcdonalds everyday

hubby would have loved that lunch. We had left over curry and pork (Japanese style, not Indian style curry)

@BACONSTRIPSXXX yeah this recipee calls for chicken, but we like it better with pork, and is based on curry we had IN Japan.
After leaving Japan a civilian, the one thing my boyfriend missed, perhaps the most, was his addiction to curry at a well known Curry house known as Coco Ichiban's. With his memory of the dish and my help with the preparation ideas, we came up with this ve
