Is there way to make more with a paid to click site then looking at ads

I was wondering if there any way to make more money with a paid to click site then looking at ads. I know some times the surveys work some times they do not what do you think?

As far as I know there are tasks and various offers. You get paid for completing difference tasks and trying out offers that include survey, playing games etc.
