Today is National Walking Day.

I know this get tiring.Never the less it is hump day. We are off to take our aunts out for Chinese at noon. She is in her nineties,still have her own house and very alert. Our Red Sox won the opener yesterday. Today is National Walking Day. Many people are taking part this morning here.Not sure where you are. Anyone here or there is doing this morning? If not then get out there and walk.Stretch your legs and join the movement. See you later.

I am glad your aunt is still very alert. My Mom is 95 and she still lives alone and has no help, I think she is better than I am.

@ladyDuck she is very alert at the age of 93.funny after lunch.We stop and visit for awhile. Mike and I detect that she is ready to go.she is fine.But she has this feelings.Maybe tired not sure.

I wish that I was your old aunt, I like to be taken out for Chinese too! It is somewhat quiet on the site this morning, everybody must have gone out walking or something. Enjoy your day today!
