Healthy Habits # 1

I'm really not a health conscious type of person. I sleep late, then over sleep, then stay all day in bed, then eat whatever I want, don't eat breakfast all the time and I don't even do exercise. Yeah I know, I really treat badly my body. Now I easily get tired.
So I decided to make a series of discussion where I will change something about my unhealthy routine. I guess changing will be difficult but if not now, when?
So for my first road to healthy lifestyle I will start to drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. I only drink around 5 glasses of water and hopefully this change won't be difficult for me. I'll just start simple. :)
Do you have any suggestion on how to live a healthy lifestyle? :)

It is better to start early. Once the weight gain and aches set in, they are difficult to get rid off.

Drinking more water is a good start. A 30 minute walk is another good way of getting back in shape
