Healthy Habits # 1

I'm really not a health conscious type of person. I sleep late, then over sleep, then stay all day in bed, then eat whatever I want, don't eat breakfast all the time and I don't even do exercise. Yeah I know, I really treat badly my body. Now I easily get tired. So I decided to make a series of discussion where I will change something about my unhealthy routine. I guess changing will be difficult but if not now, when? So for my first road to healthy lifestyle I will start to drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. I only drink around 5 glasses of water and hopefully this change won't be difficult for me. I'll just start simple. :) Do you have any suggestion on how to live a healthy lifestyle? :)

People at your age are really not yet health conscious because you can feel that your body is still strong. But as you age you will realize how being healthy matters.

It is better to start early. Once the weight gain and aches set in, they are difficult to get rid off.

Water is a good start! You will feel more refreshed and will probably consume less calories as a result because it makes you feel fuller. I probably drink 4-5 liters a day. Which I am not sure is too much for you. Oh well. Its addicting!

Wow how can you manage to drink 4-5 liters a day? Yesterday when I tried drinking 8-10 glasses I really find it difficult. I feel bloated after drinking 2 glasses per meal. And I don't know when is the right time to drink water aside during meals because I am not always thirsty. @@

I suggest put an alarm for going to sleep, Since all your problems starting point is that. Once you sleep early( start simple just an hour early not too early) then you will get up early too, then slowly things will fall in place.

I'll try to do it. Maybe I'll limit myself not to sleep after midnight. :) Thank you. :)

Drinking more water is a good start. A 30 minute walk is another good way of getting back in shape

I'll do this if my body started to adjust in drinking water. :) Thank you for the idea. :)
