Time to Zumba!

Okay so since I took some advice given and got up and moving despite feeling drained of energy I am now ready to dance and exercise for the day! I am determined to exercise everyday. I am going to aim for an hour of Zumba.
Do you Zumba? If not what is your favorite form of exercise?

I did zumba for 80 minutes and felt amazing

I never tried Zumba but I tried dancing for exercise. I am just not sure if what kind of dance it is. I really am not a exercise type of person. But since I am try to live a healthy life I guess I need to do exercise. Maybe I'll try walking early in the morning :)
