How their population is increasing?

Population growth is increasing affecting the economy of various countries in the world. If this is one side of the problem the other side is beaten with the growth of the population of trans_genders. It would be surprising to know the factors contributing for the increase in their number. Are people inviting it voluntarily ? Is the number increasing during natural process?

It seems to me the other side of the coin is people who delay childbearing until their 40s, or who decide not to have children at all. As with the distribution of wealth on earth, things are very skewed. Some countries have too high a birth rate to sustain their economy, while other countries would have a zero population growth or worse if it weren't for immigration.
