It is hoarding?! / myLot

I just rearranged my stock pile room to see what I have left from canning foods last year. I can say that I have another whole years worth of pickled hot green tomatoes and pears. Yes I do think it was becoming a hoard, till I stopped shopping this year and began to use up what I have. I was using coupons weekly, I still have enough toothpaste for a couple of years.... Oh well clean teeth means good teeth, I think. How do you shop and store what you buy?

We don't have coupons here and I don't can stuff. (We call it 'bottling') so I don't have any problems finding places to put stuff.

My husband is a big hoarder honestly. Glad you wrote this because my husband takes a storage unit, 2 garages and my house full of stuff.

I wish I could bulk shop but cannot do so without a car..fine with me not having one, but yes that is why I cant. It is always good to be prepared Andria and that is what I would prefer. Those canning jars full of goodies sound so delish

I think that most of us do a little bit of hoarding.I do at times.Not aways.

We just buy what we need. Unless cat food is on sale. Then we stock up.
