Do you think they should allow managers to be over a certain age?

I was talking to a friend as with work a few associate leads are 18 or so. They are the most immature and child individuals. They swear infront of customers, don't know how to make adult decisions, and don't have the mentality. I have seen this in many fast food places as well, they tend to hire younger supervisors, and managers yet the store has poor customer service, and lack of any morals. I know with ours since the new assistant manager who is in her early 20's took over the place has really fallen apart.

Yea i agree with you. They should not put into that position just yet. I mean, they need to have their experience and they could learn so much from their mentor which has beed doing the job for a couple of years.

I completely agree. The ones I have seen only work 7 months in their entire life.

I'm with you younger people should not be put into higher jobs, they have not fully matured and have not had any experience prior to the manager position.

When I worked in fast food I did do a supervisor position while I was 18. But I didn't have a full position and decision making. These ones can't support themselves or have responsibilities but they are put in a position where they need to run a store and about 6 employees.
