Oriole again....

Oriole at our hummingbird feeder, 4-9-16

Yesterday I was looking out the window, and there was our Oriole, trying to get some food out of one of our humming bird feeders. They're bigger/heavier than the hummingbirds, so they make the feeders swing when they land. Last year when they first showed up Mom bought an actual Oriole feeder, but she got rid of it after the Orioles left. If it were me, I would have kept it until the Orioles came back, but...

L ucky you to have an oriole in y our yard. I have never seen an oriole around our area in Southern California Ilove their colors so much.

They just started showing up in our yard last year. They're definitely much brighter colored than the birds we usually get.

@Hatley They are pretty. :) Most of the birds we have around here are black/grey/brown.
