I believe there are some people on here that also sell their items on Ebay. My husband and I have been thinking about doing this for a little bit now, but first I want to know how the experience has been for you! What are the pro's and cons of selling on there?
Will you share your experience of Ebay selling with me? If you don't sell on Ebay, do you know someone who does and you know what their experience has been like?
Please share!!

@mommaj I have many doubts about it now so most likely it's not going to happen.

@DanieGirl80587 Yeah I usually only buy on Ebay too. Lol. I am not liking my odds so I don't think I am going to try it.

@DanieGirl80587 It was some electronics. I might try the FB route instead on the local yard sale pages. Thanks!

@LovingMyBabies Well, whatever you are trying to sell, I'm sure there are sites for it so I would look into them. Also if you have Facebook, I am part of a few groups that sell items locally and I was able to sell some dvd's I didn't need anymore.

@LovingMyBabies I'm going to try again by putting a card up at the supermarket and community noticeboard, I just keep putting it off for some reason.

@MsTickle My luck the same thing would happen to me. I think I am definitely going to pass on this idea.

I have sold a few things and the experience went smoothly. My son does this often.

@Tampa_girl7 I am glad you had a good experience with it. I don't have very good luck so I think I will pass for now anyway.

I have sold things on ebay over the years, but it has grown so large that it's sometimes hard to make a profit because there can be dozens of identical items like your's. People look for a bargain (so do i!), but it's definitely a buyer's market now.
That's not to say you can't succeed as a seller, but do lots of research. There are also sellers' fees for eBay and PayPal that need to be considered. Best wishes.

@1creekgirl Thank you so much for your help! Your right I have noticed a lot of the same items on there-which is a cause for concern. I will definitely research more before making a decision. Thank you for your help! =)

@JudyEv Shipping costs are pretty high and that's one thing I wasn't sure of. I think for now I will pass and stick with other sites.

I sold on ebay for years, but never made much money, and then their rules got too weird for my taste.

@marlina Thank you. I have one answer already so I might not be doing it after all. I didn't know the fees were very high.

I've never sold on eBay. I'm cautious about buying and selling online.
