Good morning everyone Up bright and early this morning. It’s a wonderful sunny morning here in Plymouth, UK and from my window I can’t see a cloud in the sky, I’ve not been outside yet but will be doing shortly. I can’t stay long here this morning as I need to be in town by 9:30am and won’t be back until this evening. I have a full day ahead of me. So how are you all today, how’s your day going? I guess some have just gone to bed while other it’s well into the evening. Which every part of the world you are in have a lovely wonderful day. Chat to you all later. The photo was taken two years ago.

Beautiful picture you have taken. It is supposed to be going up to around 70 degrees today which will be really nice for a change. I might even be able to go outside and sit while the dogs are in the yard playing.

What a beautiful macro shot from the owl again! Good morning to you! I had a great day because it's yoga day. I woke up at 6:30 this morning and drove my way to the health hub where i do my yoga. The poses were a bit challenging today and it had me sweating a lot. I'm just so proud I could do yoga on a regular basis now. I'm always in a happy mood on a yoga day and that's every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. AS for the rest of my day, it was just fine. No stress from the office, but had a slight annoyance from one of my students. I'm free tonight though, no class this evening so i'm going to head to bed early.
