Bowel Movement Is My Alarm In The Mornings! / myLot

I hate getting up earlier than I have to but seems the past week my bowels have got me waking up early every morning just because I need to rush to the toilet for a number two! Once I get the pains, ain't no chance for me to get back to sleep and once I get up I don't have much time to go back to sleep again as I have to be up within a few hours. I guess there is one upside to this...I don't have to rely on my Alarm to wake up, only my bowels!! Do you find the same thing happens to you?

Well mine is called the Bladder and about an hour later the bowl - so I have a B&B alarm - ha ha

Indeed! If you gotta go you gotta go! I dont mond waiting fot my alarm to go off. Good thing that you are regular though!

Nope, don't think so. I have IBS which could be the reason...not sure!

i always struggle to get up, i have problems falling asleep but when i at last sleep, i can sleep 10 hours straight.

if its for few days now, probably you need to see a doctor. i dont experience that in the morning thank goodness. my tummy hurts only when i eat a lot in the morning.
