In my previous discussion, I mentioned that we will have the hottest temperature in our region today, and indeed it is. Early morning, I was already sweating, and when I was left alone at home, I had gallons of sweat dripping profusely on my forehead, nose, and chin and even in my arms and legs. That is why we should always replace volume per volume whatever insensible loss we give out. I am now in my 5th 500cc bottle of cold water and still I sweat.
After lunch while the laundrywoman is ironing our clothes, I thought of lotting at the veranda. Yes it is hot, but there is some cool wind blowing, and this, I believe, is preferable than the electric fan rotating inside our living room. Now, I feel refreshed with the wind and the green leaves of the trees, and also the music I listen to on my phone, from RJFM.
Where are you lotting now?

As usual, I am here on the desktop somewhere between the living room and dining area. And yes, just sitting here today, I am sweating a lot! Must replenish the fluids, as you said. I did go out front for a bit and there was some wind blowing. That was good. A hot day with some wind is so much better than a hot day with no wind.

true, and now that it is afternoon, the heat index i think is reduced to 35 degrees, but the wind id blowing softly now, as in "dahan-dahan" .

Greeneries does help with the heat. Though we don't have that many large trees compared with our neighbor, we still do have some plants. Our house is like an oven sometimes even at night.

Sometimes, it feels that way Ate hehe. No matter how many fans are working, it still feels hot. Today, the sun took a little break and it's a bit cloudy on our side of the country.

an oven? our house is like the grill because although our living room is spacious, our big fan cannot rotate and give its winds in the entire room.

At this time in my room. In the afternoon, after lunch, i was in the office. When i got out of the office at 4pm it was a bit cloudy. So, today i wasn't exposed to any heat at all. I was just enjoying the AC mostly.

I am currently on myLot at my house via laptop. It's nice you got to go to the veranda to get some cool wind blowing plus enjoy your time here on myLot + listen to music. I have read other people here on myLot from the Philippines saying it's very hot! I hope it cools down a little for you!

I am sitting inside my coolish home, we are too hot for autumn today, with no breeze! I am listening to the radio too @ridingbet :) . Try to keep cool, enjoy the breeze!

i did, my dear, and surprisingly, there was wind at the later part of the day, and now at night time, the temperature decreased because of the wind, so no more sweating for us.
