The secret is simple. here the more you give, the more you will receive. You get paid for receiving comments on your discussions and on the comments you have made on others discussions. Thus when you make a comment on some others discussion, he will get paid for it and when someone replies to that comment of yours yo will get paid for it.
If someone wants it still simplified, ask me and I will try to explain it in more simple terms.

It sounds as if you have figured it out. People seem to resist the idea that you come here, interact, have a good time and earn a little money. Nothing secret. We are told about it in the terms and guidelines. Once in a while people do understand and share the news, just like you have.It is a good place to be and earn.
